A. Shipping Costs and Information
Shipping of the goods is standardly only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the extent of your order, shipping will be done via DHL Warenpost. Tracked shipping must be selected in the checkout, if desired. The respective shipping costs can be found in the tables below.
If you wish to have the goods shipped to another country, please send us an email (info@jocyepins.com) before placing an order and provide us with the item, quantity, delivery address including country and corresponding postal code. We will promptly inform you whether we can ship to the desired country and, if delivery to the specified address is possible, provide you with the shipping costs. This is because we need to inquire about shipping options and costs in advance with our shipping partner.
All products, unless otherwise specified in the item description, are immediately available for delivery and will be shipped within 5 working days. Further information on shipping durations can be found in the tables below.
I. Shipping within Germany
Shipping costs depend on the weight; you can find the shipping weight for each item on the respective product detail page. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
Shipping costs for orders with a gross order value of 100€ Euro or more are free. The shipping costs for orders containing only Lightstick Decals are a flat rate of 1,00€ Euro per order. Some items may qualify for cheaper shipping to due their size.

Orders typically arrive within 4-10 working days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation.
Textile products can not be shipped to France. Any textile products ordered to France will be refunded without prior notice.

Sofortüberweisung - Simple and direct payment. "Sofort." is the direct transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your familiar online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after completing the transfer. This allows them to immediately dispatch warehouse goods and digital goods - you receive your purchases faster.
- Klarna Rechnung
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made directly to Klarna:
- Invoice: The payment deadline is 14 days from the shipment of the goods/tickets or, for other services, the provision of the service. You can find the invoice terms at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/en_us/invoice?fee=0.
- Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the conditions stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month following the transmission of a monthly invoice by Klarna. - Instantly: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
